About Bluegill
The Bluegill is spacious and level to the lake within only steps of the water’s edge. This cabin is open year-round and features a screened in porch for the sunsets and a gas fireplace for a crisp, cozy fall evening. In the summer, enjoy kayaking, paddle boating, and so much more!
The cabin has a 32-inch flatscreen smart television & Blu-ray player. Guests have access to two bedrooms with Queen beds, plus a log futon in the living room. The cabin also has an air conditioning unit in the spacious main living area. This cabin is the perfect size and atmosphere for a couple’s getaway and is often requested year after year by returning guests. High speed Wi-Fi is included!
Off the beaten path so you can enjoy the quiet of the surrounding nature, yet close enough to head into town for some shopping at the local shops and venues.

Cabin Notes
Our cabins are ready for you and are furnished for light housekeeping with a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, dishes, cookware, and linens. Due to COVID, the beds are made with pillows, sheets and one blanket. We are asking guests to bring your own extra blankets. Please bring your own soap and towels for kitchen and bath. Our guests have free use of all water toys including paddle boats, kayaks, paddle boards, a canoe, and other toys at our beach. Bring your ATV or UTV with you and ride to the Smoky Hills State trails directly from the resort without trailering! Countless miles of trails await you, even in the winter the trails make for prime snowmobiling runs!
